I suggest that you take one week to get your supplies set-up, read the lessons, watch the Jumpstart video, etc.

After that, you will study only one chapter per week. The new weekly lessons will be released every seven days. You will receive and email letting you know that the lessons for the chapter have been unlocked.

Taking your time and studying the book slowly will help you study in-depth and in a comprehensive way so that you can see real life change.

You will grow closer to God, become more like Christ, and learn to walk in the Spirit and not the flesh.
