1 John Key Verses:
1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."
1 John 3:6, "No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him."
1 John 4:4, "You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world."
1 John 5:13, "I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life."
2 John Key Verses:
2 John 6: "And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love."
2 John 8-9: "Watch out that you do not lose what you have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully. Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son."
3 John Key Verses:
3 John 4: "I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth."
3 John 11: "Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God."
Key verses are verses worth looking into and focusing on to study in-depth. There are many important verses in the Bible, but when key verses are mentioned for a certain book, they are especially important to pay attention to.
